I live in Oklahoma and I need to see an example of a legal form called "Waiver of summons and time to plead"

It is in regards to an uncontested divorce. I am wanting to help a friend type up her own papers. I know how to do the petition for divorce, but when my husband filed for his divorce he also had to file a "Waiver of summons and time to plead". And I don't have a copy of that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
I'm not seeing this form at OSCN. Try calling the courthouse in your county and ask for Family and see if they can either tell you where to find it, or you may be able to pick one up.

hey i hope this helps.
