Anyone received a letter about a lawsuit against a pharmaceutical for use of Zantac and Vioxx?

My cousin received a letter back in January telling him that a settlement had been reached in a lawsuit against against a certain pharmaceutical because some drugs were used during a previous hospitalization. Some drugs mentioned in the letter included Zantac and Vioxx. He was supposed to take the letter to his doctor and confirm information to participate in the division of funds. However, the doctor's office "lost" the letter and now he does not remember or have any idea how to find out who to contact. Any of you guys get a letter like this back in January? Thank you for your help.
