In Denver it is legal but it is still illegal in the state of Colorado and the US. I know that doesnt really make sense. In Denver, it pretty much just depends on how much you are carrying when the cops bust you, if its a lot you will still be prosecuted.
There are a few states in which it i not a state crime to possess small amounts of marijuana if recommended by a physiciamn. there is no state where that is not a federal crime. There is no state that allows driving after smoking pot, or sharing with others. In short, it is still a crime, although in some states it is a federal crime and the FBI has no patrol cops.

i sure dont know but i wish i did so i could move there...lol!! for real...people always talkin about weed like its so bad but when have you ever heard about it killing anyone.NEVER! we got high government officials doing all kind of hard drugs..and even though we'll never know..they do all these big drug busts and then put them rightback on the streets for them to be sold again by somebody right in the white house.everybody crooked.but im sorry i dont know the answer.i hope that someboby alarms me when the get the correct answer...
