What can I do to stop DHS from taking money out of my check?

The Department OF Human Service in Philly was taking money out my check because my son was in a program for boys to get help with his behavior. He was funded from a agency called CBH and CBH had paid for his stay when he was away. But DHS had took money out my check and no ones doesnt know why, but I will like to have my money back since my son was already funded through another program..DHS had took out 300 dollars a month until my son had finised the program. How could I get back my money they stole from me?

Answers:
Get a hold of a DHS rep and tell them the situation. If they say 'sorry, we cant help you' then your might be able to sue for a refund. Otherwise, your probably out of luck. The govmt can take your money if they want to, its just the way it is.
