Fi Fa on home?

If a creditor filed a fi fa on your home/property does anyone know if there is a law on when they have to remove it after you pay them what you owe? What if they don't want to remove it and you want to sell your property Thanks

Answers:
You need to talk to the creditor, because they are the only ones that can remove it, but they do not have to remove because even though you paid, it shows there was a problem an one time.
