Do men have a legitimate say in abortion?

They don't go through the loss of balance, the pain of labour and they don't go through the emotional distress of it. Usually if a child is born out of wedlock it becomes a woman's responsibility to raise it. If abortion is illegal, or a girl is underage and wants an abortion then it should be a female judge right?

People like Jeremy have no say in abortion.

Answers:
No. Once a man took this to the Supreme Court saying his sperm was his property therefore the child was as well. The court ruled that the woman takes care of the child in the reproductive cycle for 9 months vs. a man's 3 second ejaculation. Therefore, since the woman carries a bigger burden she has the last say in termination.

yes, if the father doens't want to raise the child then they should have a say
Well, you are quite correct. No guy can force a girl to get an abortion, short of threatening her that is. It is a woman's choice. If the guy was afraid of a child maybe he shouldn't have been having sex.
For the sake of trying to convince a commucrat that abortion should be considered murder. I'll opt for just telling you that personal responsibility should be upheld. If a female has the mind to have unprotected sex, then she should bear the responsibility and pain of childbirth.
yes is the simple answer
but the girl may want support both financially and emotionally
That's fine if they don't have a say in abortion.
But then don't make them responsible for child support if they choose to keep the child. Women shouldn't have it both ways.
I have no problem with the man haveing no say as long as he doens't have obligations as well. If he is going to be stuck with the bill for the rest of his life he should have some input on the decision.
My wife had a miscarriage during our first pregnancy. We had been married 5 years at the time. She was two months pregnant and the miscarriage occurred and horrified her when tissue came out will pottying. She began to feel terrible all over and I had never seen her look so ill.
We got to the Clinic and told them what we thought was happening. I swear they treated me like I didn't exist. My wife was ill so I was telling them what had occurred and they just ignored me and asked her questions. Then they took her in the back to a room and it was 3 hours later that I finally saw her. I kept asking questions and none of the women would answer me and told me I had to wait. I found out later that my wife requested my presence but they told her to wait. It was horrible. My overall impression was that I really had no say in the matter and I was not to any part in the matter. I was very angry after what my wife and I had been through and all the new thoughts of being a mom and dad and having are first kid just dashed to pieces. I still get angry thinking about it.
