I live a mobile home in sunnyvale california and i got a 5 day eviction notice sounn't i get a 30 day notice??

In my home state you would be given 30 day notice unless A. you are not paying your rent on time or B. there is a special provision in your lease that allows this (that you have agreed to and signed) Thirty day notice is traditionally used but you can google landlord/tenant relationships in your town.
