In First Aid?

What is the Good Samarirtan Act, + what is involved in it

Answers:
The Good Samaritan act was designed to protect people who are offering aid to injured people. This means that someone giving CPR to an injured person can't be sued later if the injured party dies. Here's the Wiki article:

It is when you try to help some body an they die are crippled you can not be sued for trying to help them like basic frist aid or pulling then away from a burning car.
If you try to help them using proper technique you learnt from first aid course, casualty or him/her family can not sue you for further damage you may made.
But if you did something really odd act on them from out of first aid course they might have chance to sue you and win, so stick to basic.
