Why cant the csa get the money of my ex for his daughter?
my ex is driving around in a big 4x4 and does not give money for his daughter! the csa are a waste of time they been looking into it for years now my daughter is seven and i left him when she was 1 and have only had a couple of hundred of him 20 er and there i have not had anything of this year what can i do? am i alound to stop him seein her do i want to go to that lengh cause my daughter dosnt understand and that wouldnt be far on her

This is an age old problem where errant fathers, particularly those that are self-employed, kick their fiscal responsibilities into touch. The problem is that the father thinks hes depriving the mother rather than the child, especially following an acrimonious breakdown. I know that you don't want your daughter to grow up with similar hurt but I suspect it's really better if she has some idea that her father is not a saint. Why not simply let your daughter know that her father hasn't paid you any money in yonks and ask your daugher ( as if it were a game ) to 'just as daddy why that is' as mummy cannot afford everything. I cannot imagine any father remaining untouched by such a plea from his little girl. Call it emotional blackmail but who really is the guilty one here?

The CSA is so sh1t and so many women are affected with similar hardship because of their incompetent bungles that I don't know why an organisation hasn't been formed with mass marches around the country to get politicians to get of their ar*e and sort it out. It is a travesty that an entire generation is suffering financial hardship and an entire generation of fathers is not being held to their responsibilities. They have had years to sort it out but nothing ever comes from their tinkering with it.
Why don't you form this organisation and get the ball rolling or i can guarantee that your daughter will reach 16 and you still won't have had a penny and your ex will get off scott free.
I'm in the same boat as you!...2 boys and an ex-husband who doesn't pay a penny and has every intention on that remaining the same.
The CSA are useless, toothless and most of all spineless when it comes to tackling non paying NRP's.
My boys father who in all aspects of parenting was merely a sperm donor, wants to play daddy when it suits but thats only if its in a non contributory fashion!
I have no faith in the CSA ever getting money from him or following through on enforcement action (why should I?...they've failed for the last 5 years to do anything!)...I think ALL PWC's should get together and march on parliament and make these well paid MP's we elect do something constructive for our kids.
Giving the CSA a new name and corporate image does not remove the ineptitude from a department of toss pots!

These people get paid by the tax payer , but do not do there job , I think this is taking money under false pretences , in other words fraud
