Rum Runners Murder?

Does anyone happen to know where Jeffrey Wade Wallace, the man covicted of the Rum Runners masacre in Key West Florida, is incarcerated? I am doing a research paper for my Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and would like to possibly write to him to pbtain info on how the mind of a killer works.
