Should this be kept on records?

I was a accused of sexually touching 2 neighbor girls becuase I didnt buy them Christmas presents, The officer that came out a day later asked if i wanted to take a polygragh test ad i denied it, so the officer thought i was guilty. To make a long story short we had court and what not and the girls stories were not consistant and I wasnt charged with anything. My question is should they keep that on profile or should it be deleted?

Answers:
your lawyer should have petitioned the court to have those documents sealed or expunged based upon the potential for damaging your reputation they had. I would also consider suing the parents of the children for defamation of character. A judgment against them even if you never collect anything would be a positive in your favor if it ever came up on a job interview or other matter.

Yes and the girls should be punished, but if your guilty, lock you up and throw the key away.
Dude, you are a molestor, proven guilty or not. I don't buy your story for a minute. Just my opinion.
Yes, it should be kept on profile, so people can look at those records if they falsly accuse someone else of the same thing. It is unfair for people to be punished for something they didn't do.
