If i made fake nude pictures of my 21 year-old boyfriend and posted them on the internet, is that illegal?
Is it defamation of character or something?
Answers:
He shouldn't consider it defamation so long as he is still your BF afterward. May even get a good laugh out of it. However, an EX may not think it so funny and even consider it slander. Sometimes the funnier ones are inside jokes, please think carefully before publicizing.
Does your BF have a tattoo, distinctive birthmark, favorite hat, or a piece of jewelry that he always wears? Disguising identifying facial features while replacing with distinctive characteristics onto the fake pictures may help keep the joke just between the two of you.
And that is all presuming that the posting of lewd photography is not banned from your location.
Also just.emily, and Blk Justice have made some good points. Just what is your definition of fake? Because this may just as well go the other way around. (Hey! What’s your BF’s fat head doing on my body?) Do you have the rights to these “fake” pictures?
*/End of Line.
What's the definition of a "fake" nude picture.
well it depends on the website rules and laws i think it is for every website that you can't put nude pictures on the internet
Could be grounds for a lawsuit. Not a good idea.
I think it is highly illegal. Could get you into trouble. Instead try playing another prank that they can't trace back to you.
Come on, who's going to do anything about it.
I wasn't aware that you could post nude pictures on the internet, but if you can, then as long as you don't show his face or anything about him that is unusual that could ID him, then I don't see how it could do any harm, unless of course, your breaking the Rules of that particular internet website for posting pictures.
Please do remember this: What goes around, comes around!
why is he small. lol i don't know but it just sounds wrong. i would think twice before you do that.
The act you are describing is called "false light." As in casting someone in a false light. Of course, if your bf is a fat guy and you put his face on a nude of Brad Pitt, i'm not sure he is getting good results on a damages claim. Of course, if he is in rabbinical school...well, you see the issue.
These days we all have someting to cry about. Share these fakes with him, as there is no real need to have the world see them. What if his next potential employer sees them? We would not want to make THAT kind of lasting first impression!
BTW, there was a co-worker of mine who posed toplees without her face showing. This was in a "nude anon" type website. I was the first to get wind of that pic, AND I confirmed that it was her--many DISTINCT body marks. We all had fund at work knowing that we had a STAR amongst us, yet respectfully, we never said a word about it to her.
Hope this helps.
Yes it is illegal you could even go to prison if you post it. sorry if u want to get revenge but better be safe than sorry =]]]
