Answers:
You are the father you have rights, go and spend the money speak to a solicitor and get her in to family law court. It is a slow process at times but my brother got the hang of it and eventually represented himself which saved a lot of money but at first get council. My brother ended up with full custody because the mother was really bad drug addict prostitute and left the kids with a child molester and they lived in filth. Good luck every child deserved all the love they can get from both parents. and families Ask all the questions you need to. I don't see how she would be able to cross the border though. Until you both go to court for custody then there are no rules so go to court ASAP I bet she wouldn't like it if you took them away from her.
