me and my friend have a watercraft license i'am23 he's 15 we just came back 2 minutes late after curfew but i was on the tube (I'am23)my friend was driving he's 15 so the police wrote me up for"allowing juvenile after curfew" even dah i was just on the tube can he do that by the way i wasn't going to give the licesne to the officer cause i knew he would write me a ticket i wasn't even driving !! and he didn't give him anything !!
i was on the tube holding other tube we didn't know that we would be late cause we had to go slow also the rope snapped twice !!WHAT SHOULD I SAY IN COURT

withholding you license does not mean squat. you can still be written a citation without the license.it is obvious by your story that you admitted being late. just tell the truth and tell the judhe what happened

only people i know who have curfew are those on parole.
you claim u were 2 minutes late... that would truly depend on the actual time of the curfew, and the time written on the ticket... if it really was 2 minutes, perhaps you will be able to plea no-contest and nothing will happen, as long as you stay out of trouble for a certain amount of time..
if it really wasnt 2 minutes you have to face the facts..
it is always best to accept responsibility for your actions, and to tell the truth..

That as the adult in this situation you will take full responsibility. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Tube, broken rope etc. - the person you were with is 15 and they were out after curfew and as the adult you made a conscious choice to cut it real close on the timing of coming back to shore.. and unfortunately you were late.

you're not very bright for 23 years old. the judge will tell you ,you should've started 3 minutes sooner.
Explain in court, (a bit more clearly than you did above).
The fact that you were only slightly late, and had been delayed, should get you off.
You might say your that friend was under your supervision, (doing as you told him).
Do ask a lawyer about that though. It might put you in the wrong depending on the exact law in question.
Yes, they can. Conservation officers, the ones who write tickets on any body of water, have more authority than State Police do.
As stated above, ignorance of the law is no excuse; you, the adult of legal age, have a legal responsibility to know and abide by the laws where you live. Just pay the fine and move on.
