I was fired for hitting a co-work, we went to court and i won the case. Had a arbitrator hearing a year later with a lawyer given to me four day before hearing who know nothing about the case and the arbitration rule for the company. I ask the local union to appeal the hearing because the company withheld the witness who saw the hold thing from the arbitration. i ask them to appeal it, but they refuse to do so. I was fired on july 8, 2004, won my case in court on sept. 18,2004 had a hearing with arbitrator on feb. 2,2006. can I suit the union. Ps :my lawyer who won the case was not allow to say any thing in the hearing. are show the picture of her face that won the case in the first place The company ask the arbitrator to ask him not to say a word, because he was not the union lawyer. and the arbitration agree to it. The union lawyer didn"t say a word.

Unions are corrupt. Give it up and work somewhere non-union. You'll only end up wasting more of your life on this.
