Can a Non-profit organization be sued for correct goods not received?

I ordered a uniform package for my daughter to parcipitate as a cheerleader in our local youth football league. In total over $200. And the league used an over seas vender, which in turn sent the wrong sizes. The league is not saying who ordered the wrong sizes or if there was a mistake in the ordering process. Yes it sounds petty but, ALL 75 girls game uniforms and practice uniforms where wrong. Either to big or to small. The league has said that they are out of money and have yet to come up with a correction despite parent complains. As a group (or individually), what are our options if they do not correct this problem? Thanks in advance.

Answers:
If you paid the league for the uniforms, you do have a legal course of action against the league, either to obtain a refund or new uniforms. The league also has a legal course of action against the vendor for supplying them with the incorrect uniforms. If it comes down to it, sue the league for your $200 and let them deal with getting their money back from this vendor.

Not for profit corporations are not immune from lawsuits or other actions. Everyone seems to think they are a magic bullet and are insolated from things. The answer is yes. They are subject to all the same rules as for profit corporations.

Ask for a refund. If they dont give you one, sue the corporation in small claims. Just as you would any other corporation.
Here we go again! The solution to ANY F%%%%G PROBLEM! Sue!!
They have no money, so what are you going to do, ask for their blood?
Maybe their kidneys?
Will that satisfy you?

While I do feel for your daughter, had you dealt with a reliable, local dealer, you may have spent a few bucks more, but you wouldn't be having this problem.
