Employee or son?
Most of the time i feel like my parents employee more than their son.. They make me work long hours at their store, but I dont have the rights a son is supposed to have.. How do i solve this problem?

Tell them how you feel. I'm sure that they are willing to meet you halfway as long as your willing to do the same.
Stop working at the store and find another job. My guess would be that you work long hours because your parents trust you more than anyone they can hire off the street.
If you are living under their roof free, why not work at their store for your room and board? Nothing wrong with your helping them. They helped you get to where you now are in life.
