My friend got in trouble in NY state?
for agravatitid unlicened driverin the 2nd and is currently on probation,it's a class C mister meener now he's on probation till January 19th 2008,so he's in violation because of missing a court date and how much time will he get?They already ishude a warrant for his arestt and tomaro he's turning him self in,i apologize for my spelling,thak you.

He could do a few months in a county lockup, but he might just get off with a fine and some communist service. Communist because it's free slave labor...

He's already on probation so he is in violation and will probably be held for this if he was arrested. He missed the court date which is another problem. Unknown how much time he will get which depends upon his prior history and what he was on probation for. Your friend is on a one-way road to oblivion. Tell him to grow up.
Chances are, probation, fine is what he will see (depending on his history). At worst, I believe one year or less is usually what misdemeanors face. You can check out the NYS Laws at the NYS assembly website, which I will attach a link to. Now, either the CPL (criminal procedure law) or Penal law is where you should get an idea of his sentencing range (6 mos to 1 year example).
