If ur sentenced to 8yrs in prison u do all 8 how r u still on parole?!?

Answers:
No, if you serve all your time, you are out without parole or any halfway house or anything...but hardly anybody does a full sentence. Usually 1/3 to a 1/2 and you get out (on parole)

No only if they tell u.
If you do all 8, then odds are something happened while the person was incarcerated. They were probably given more time for whatever happened. Therefore, parole.
parole means you are out on conditions that you will accept in place of doing time. if you receive 8 yrs and serve 8 yrs then there would be no need for parole.
