Is this Prank Illegal?
Ok I know this guy who my friend hates and my other friend told him this prank to do which sounds funny but I think it is illegal what do you think and do you know any legal pranks he can do?
You go out and buy a 60 gallon trash can with wheels on one side then you take it to your house and you add 5 gallons of milk in (it cant leak at the bottom) and then you add 5 dozon eggs and 2 containers of chocolate syrup and a loaf of bread (any kind) then you add a large container of kool aid (stains carpets) and then for the next week you empty all your bodily wastes into it. Then tape it up with duct tape air tight(you need a lid) and take it to the edge of your property and let it ferment for 3 weeks then put it in your car and take it to your enemy's house then take the tap off and the lid to and lean the wheel side of the trash can against the door and press the door bell or knock on the door then run and when they open it all the stuff flows into the house.
Isnt it Illegal?
Answers:
Yes, you have:
1. Criminal Trespass
2. Criminal Mischief
3. Vandalism
EDIT: Not to mention the fact that you would be held liable for damages incurred by the victim.
Hope that helps
Sounds like an awful lot of trouble. I would think it would be illegal.
Depends on the lawyer.
eww that would never work. for one thing you cant fit a can that size into a a car and it would pour out in your car and yes its illegal
stupid
no brains
not even creative or funny
your a punk
join the military and grow up
Yes.
It's either trespassing or assault, depending on how the laws of your state are written.
No it is perfectly legal. Go ahead and do it.
duh! ya think?
Yeah, that would be illegal, falls under the category of "destruction of private property", if the culprit is caught, not only would he be subject to the criminal legal system, he also would be liable in the civil courts as well!
It sounds inmature to me.
Damage to structure, battery (maybe) and trespassing. Plus disorderly conduct. You're looking at a misdemeanor and maybe a serious civil suit.
.
He would be liable for any destruction of their property.
If you have to ask a bunch of strangers, it will get you into trouble. Just assume that... and find new friends.
well thats probably the stupidest thing ever because of the damages they might have carpet you stain it and the smell and allergies you have to think of the person and about the consequences plus that will never work and you ruin there clothes so i wouldnt do it but its up to you
hahahahaha that's dirty. anyways i dont think it is illegal buh id do it just to pay him back for what ever he had did to your friend.hahahahaha that's funny though
You have Trespassed, Vandalized, Destruction of Property, & Possible Bodily Harm, Battery and Assault depending on if it makes contact with the person.
Very illegal.
It is called vandalism, and yes - it is illegal.
sounds like a bunch of weenies on answer.yahoo every single article ive read have a bunch of nobodys saying everything in this world is bad, for one thing its a prank, a ridiculous prank and stupid but its a prank, why would u even waste ur time with this prank for one thing and second who would come up with this recipe. all these people on answer.yahoo are a bunch of grown as$ people who have no lives but to sit on their computer and discuss how negative things are, get over it old people, kids are young, u guys need to live a little
This is most certainly illegal.
First of all, the charge at the top of the list would be "malicious mischief" (as it is called in Massachusetts; other states will have comparable laws)
Since you are placing the container against the door with the express expectation that the victim will open the door and the ultimate result would be rotting fluid flowing into his house, you could be charged with criminal vandalism. If you reasonably expected the liquid to contact the victim's person, you could also be charged with simple assault.
Each state has different specific laws, but in Massachusetts, for example, posessing or using a "stink bomb or similar device intended to release a foul odor" is also illegal.
Perhaps the worst part is that you would also be liable in a civil action for all of the cleanup costs (which could run into the *thousands*, as you might imagine).
Well, it sounds like something a 12 year old would do.
Instead, go read a book.
Highly illegal and not the slightest bit funny either.
Don't forget the biohazard associated with human waste! This just sounds like a civil suit waiting to happen. Perhaps your friend should just choose not to associate with the person they hate. Less mess and a more peaceful solution. Not as fun, I'm sure.
Yes,but depending where you are geographically will determine the severity of the offense. Most states will charge this as a misdemeanor. But c'mon folks really, what kind of example are you setting?. I certainly am not even close to sit in judgement on someone else, and hope those who judge me do so with grace and an objective mind,to dream up this twisted despicable ,childish, perviscouis act
you have way too much time away from your cell you piece of the worst **** from a whores ***,full of *** from every demon that works for satan!
I think I saw this same prank on Malcolm in the middle tonight.
I'm sure trying to pull it off would cause you quite a bit of trouble.
