Can a Judge waiver a waiting period to obtain a cdl after having a suspension??
Michigan has a 36 month waiting period after your drivers license is suspended before you are eligible to apply for a commercial drivers license. Does a Judge have the authority to set aside or waiver the remaining time so that I can get my CDL sooner?

They probably have the authority, but why in their right mind would they. The waiting period is your chance to prove that you are capable of handling a commercial license. Which you weren't when your license got suspended.
Probably not. License suspension is an administrative procedure usually under the control of the DMV in most states. You can ask a judge to reduce the time, but I dont think he or she has that authority. The other thing is, you are not giving any factors that might compel the judge to do it assuming they could. Why SHOULD you have the waiting period waived?
No, no Judge can waive anything mandated by a State law. You will not be eligible until the 36 month waiting period is up.
