Will I be drug tested for a MIP of alcohol in Southfield, MI?

In Michigan. My trial will be in 46th (Southfield) District Court. I was walking and blew a .06 at the time of arrest. My friends and I were not on any drugs, nor were we in possession of any. Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I'd rather be safe. A lot of my friends smoke, so I would like to know how avoidant of it I should be.

Answers:
I do random urine drug screens on my probation clients, and I'm allowed to do them on any of the clients no matter what the charge.

If you don't smoke pot, you shouldn't come up positive for THC on a UDS. The secondhand smoke would have to be extremely thick for it to cause your UDS to be positive.

Your probation might have the condition that you can't use alcohol or drugs NOR ASSOCIATE with anyone believed to be involved in their use. If it does, you'll be in violation by being around your friends when they are smoking or drinking. (Even if they are drinking and over 21.)

Well its got you in (the legal system) this far... Do you need to get in deeper ?
They smoke cigarettes?

You got nailed with a MIP in MI, here's the thing, most likely you will get probation (with random drug testing), fines, fees, and don't forget about court costs.

You will probably have to do the required MADD meeting, alcohol awareness class, and work force (those people you see cleaning up the streets in the nice orange vests).

Probation sucks, keep your nose clean while on probation, report on the right day and time, get it over with and move on. Best advice, eat it and don't do it again since you're a minor it will probably never show up on your record, as long as you meet all your probation requirements and get discharged successfully.
