Bullying?how do you deal with it?
A lot of people say tell the boss. But the true reality is the reason you get bullied at work is becuase the boss and the organisation is a bully or has a bullying culture. They think if they bully their workers they work better, for longer hours and cheaper. Most this organisations want cheap work force therefore they bully them to make them obedient to work in that condition. so what is the resolution if you do not accept being bullied you will lose your job?

Terrorists dealt with American bullying by blowing up the WTC. It got the bully's attention.
Organize the workers and revolt, believe it or not it works.
Each office has a pecking order and it you are being bullied it's best to look else because it is like the smell of wet carpet it's hard to change
Stand up for yourself!, no job in the world pays enough to be humiliated, are you a man or a mouse?.
You need to write dates and times and how they intimated you. Do this for a month than go to an attorney.
I would find another job. You don't mention the type of work you do, but life is too short to spend working for people like this.
Move on and be happier for it.

take your cell phone and get it Recorded!...If you can afford it, they aren't too expensive, get a "nanny cam", and get the stuff on tape somehow. Then call OSHA on him if there is any hazards at work, and call the Dept of Labor and Wages and report his @$$, you were looking for a job when you found that one, and with 50 states, I'd say your chances of getting a better job is easy..Just FYI, if your gonna work hard and long hours, hell go to Taco Bell. It is one of the best companies to move up the ladder in.and the pay for managers is great. (know someone who just retired from there 20yrs, with a $250,000 retirement bonus! no lie!)
Lowe's home improvement, there are lots of places you can work long and hard and at least not put up with that kind of crap!!
I am a small person and have at times found some who thought they could bully me and make me cow down, but, I found that a big stick rock or a number of things can give a bully a attitude adjustment
