Should a sex offender be allowed treatment in a hospital for a life threatening injury?

I don't think sex offenders should have the right to breath. However, law states otherwise and legally No one can be turned away for med. treatment (my words of course)

yes, he should get medical treatment in a hospital if he can afford it. after all he is a human whose life should be treated. i saw on tv a prisoner who had a life sentence undergoing a heart transplant while he was in prison. the surgeon was the famous Magdi Yaqoub .preserving heath is one matter and paying for a misdeed is another.
Yes they should....because even through they have a sexual crime against them they are still human beings with rights..just sick human beings but still with rights
