You have to ask such a sick question?? I just got thru reading both websites, and realize that Vietnam was just a trial run for the real deal. Boys2 "men", huh? LOL, there is no hope. No wonder the world despises us. But I already knew that :)
As far as the US -- they should not be allowed to detain or torture ANYONE in prisons abroad.

Out govt carries its constitutional obligations even when overseas. That applies to every "person".. from children to suspected terrorists.
NO NO NO NO!! Our government should not be allowed to torture anyone, anywhere!

Remember rights once lost are rarely regained. If we allow any type of torture it will not be long until the laws are changed to allow torture at home too. To prove this just look, now they are torturing children!
I in no way agree with such acts but this is war. Since when is it friendly? And your article makes mention that the US is leading the way in preventing such heinous crimes. Makes you wonder what the terrorists are doing. Oh wait, they rape, maim, and kill their wives and daughters during peacetime too.
who has told you that the u.s. tortures children? the same people that say that the cucasian race are the only evil race? you need to check your source I'd say their jelous of america. do you think that if america never hurts another person that the world will be a safer place? what if somebody made it where it was your child or somebodyelses child. dont try to pretend that your God.
The facts mentioned in the articles are only a tip of the iceberg. As a human being I will never support torture of ANYONE. Whether the government be allowed to conduct torture is a debatable question right now (as if this heinous crime (torture) can ever be "debatable" at all). The fact that this crime will keep going on regardless of being "legalized" is out of question.
