Does anyoone know how I declare myslelf as a dependent?

If your going to be some body's dependent, they must do the claiming.
If your referring to changing the way the government takes income tax from you, you only need to change your w-4 form at work to reflect 1 instead of 0 if you are claiming yourself. If some one is claiming you as a dependent then you should make sure your w-4 says 0, check with your human resource dept. or your immediate supervisor.
For the record, a w-4 is what you fill out to assign how many dependents you have, a w-2 is the statement you receive at the end of the tax year that you use to file your return with.
When you file you're taxes there's a section that asks if anyone can claim you as a dependent. Check the box. Make sure that the person(s) who can claim you also lists you as a dependent on their taxes.
At work you can put this on your W2. See your HR Manager to accomplish this.
