In 1786 virginans calleda convention in Annapolis to discuss problems with the?

a. articles of confederation
b. bill of rights
c. declaration of independece
d. constitution

Answers:
The Articles of Confederation.

Contrary to what some other person said, the Constitution was not ratified in 1781. The Articles of Confederation were. The Constitution was ratified in 1788 following the convention in 1787. The Bill of Rights didn't come into being until like 1789 as it was the first thing that Congress decided to get done as it was a major part of getting some states to ratify the constitution. The Dec. of Independence was 1776. I don't think anyone had any problems with it by 1786 considering the Treaty of Paris of 1783 had already been signed and the war was over.

Articles of Confederation.

Yawn.
Look at the timing.

The Declaration was long past, and the Constitution was ratified in 1781, making the original Articles obsolete. And its way too soon to be talking about the Civil War confederacy.

So, look at when the Bill of Rights was proposed and ratified, and that will narrow down your choices to B and D.
