Are 2 convicted felons allowed to marry each other?

Both non violent crimes, one already served time years ago and released and not even on probation any longer
The other on probation and paying restitution
They want to be married, Can they legally do this?
Both are law abiding people now and both work and pay taxes.

Answers:
The one on probation may have conditions forbidding him or her to associate with criminals. That person should clear it up with his or her probation officer.

Why absolutely they can, just like peas in a pod, they will either kill each other or get along just fine. There are no laws dictating the marital rights of felons.
Yes, but only in Pennsylvania.
yes !
I don't see why not.
no they can;t and the can't breed either.
Sure...
Of course.
And if they are both men, they can go to Blue States and get married.
Most men are gay in Blue States.
Cool!!
it all depends, if the one on probation has a clause in his/or hers probation, that says that, the one on probation can not associate with known criminals,..
Typically a condition of probation is that you don't associate with other felons.
Yes indeed. If they are not on Parole, no one can stop them. If they are on parole, they must get permission from their parole officers.
Typically, a condition of probation is that you not associate with convicted felons. That said, it is not illegal. If the PO of the one on probation wants to push it, then take it to court. However, I doubt that they will push it that far. Prisons are too crowded, and we don't need to send anyone to prison for such a minor infraction.
