What is the diffence in performance between a item girl in a hindi/marathi movie and a bar girl in mumbi pub?

so called reel life heroines are performing as item girls with bare all. SHIV sena which feels threatened at the sight of inncent bar girls in the pubs do not find item girls's performence obscene. is it because movie brings lots of money to their treasury. and the producers are threaned by the bar girls usurping the space and less sale of tickets at the counters.

Bar Dancers perform live. While performance of item girls is an edited shooting.
Therefore, while watching bar dancers to perform, one can see what he/she can. While watching item girls shooting, one can see what the film director want him/her to see.
