UFOs: What department for FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) should be contacted?
Recently I have had some interest in documents about UFOs, and have decided to send in a FOIA request about some incidents. However, I am unsure about what department to send it too. It appears the CIA is my first lead, but I need to know if I am wrong. Anyone?
