Is it possible for me to file as an indiv condo owner ?

My condo received alawsuit from our previous property mgt co. They are suing the corp of which I am part of for being fired stating there was no cause for us to do that. We have since fired a new co and the lawsuit was handed over to our lawyer. She has filed a motion to amend the proceedings which was dismissed and the plantiff filed 2 motions to proceed. Since Sept 2006 this has gone on and only in March of 2007 have the motions been heard. 4 months have passed now and the next step is to go to trial. I want to file a motion to dismiss this lawsuit completely. I want to do it as an indiv who owns a condo and is a shareholder. I do not want to go to the Bd as they think they can collect some money if they win. It will take another year for that to happen and the legal bills are now $75,000 and rising. I may have a special assessment done onmy property to pay for it later. If we win, the condo will pay out most of the money to the lawyer. Can I file as an indiv a motion without the Bd?

Answers:
You can file anything you want. Many lawyers will be glad to take your money. Honest ones will tell you it's a waste of time.

Your suit will probably be dismissed by the judge.
