Answer this before ya police erase it again! if a US citizen sneaked into Peru and raped a kid then executed 3
other kids later while ON PAROLE! what do you think would happen? I bet it wouldn't be good.

I'm not really familiar with Peruvian law. But I doubt it very much he would have been out on parole, since probably regarding his own safety, he'd been kept under lock and key. It would not have been the first time a mob lynching of such an individual takes place in Latin America.
If he has money all he has to do is pay the police off and he is out the door. My brother in law is from Peru and that is what he told me lol.
