Kids? I assume you are talking about under age....jail until 18 and then review by a court and see if they need to spend more time in Adult prison!
Spank them till they can't sit...and then let them do some time as an adult.
Cut off one of their hands. If they steal again, cut off the other one.
they should go to jail just like everyone else.you put someone else's life on the line just because you are a selfish spoiled brat who thinks they are above the law then you go to jail
lock em up for 30 years. if they are over 12 then legally they know the actions they take are wrong and against the law.
amputate their arms, if they commit robbery again they won't be armed.
