Well it is a smoking ban, I take that to mean all types of smoke from whatever source. I suppose if you were on fire they might make an exception.
If you mean weed, I think there's been a ban on that for a while now... :)
Herbal cigarettes are not banned under the new legislation.
Why not try it and see what happens. I suspect it will be treated the same as a normal nicotine one, after all the government are not really interested in your health - just in controlling every aspect of your life. Actually I think herbal cigs are every bit as bad for you as the nicotine ones and taste dreadful. I know, I've used them!
It is the act of smoking that is banned not the substance being smoked, so herbal cigarettes are included in that ban.
