My daughter needs a Pro bono atty in central fl to fight to get kids back.?
She really needs legal help. Doesn't have the funds to do it. I am disabled and cannot help. Legal aid won't help because the grandparents have been given legal guardianship and have closed her case. HELP

Seek out law schools in your area. They often have clinics that can help her very well, and they do not have as many restrictions on who they can and cannot represent.

I would suggest contacting a Law School clinic -- they may be able to help.
But if Legal Aid won't help, it is likely because they feel that she is unfit to mother these children for some reason.
It sounds like her legal rights were possibly terminated. If they have been terminated, there isn't much she can do. IF they have not yet been terminated, then she needs to clean up, get her life together and prove that she will be a good, caring, supportive mother and work with Social Services.
when they placed the children with the grands there should have been an order for visitation set up. if it wasn't she needs to get one. she can file for that without a lawyer. just go to the juvenile courthouse ask what paperwork she needs and how much the filing costs are. then she needs to be very vigilant about protecting her rights. if there is already an order in place then the grandparents are in contempt of court. i am a grand with custody. make sure the paperwork does not say as agreed upon. that translates to too bad for the mama. that is what i did to the junkie birth mother for i am the mama. i am protecting my baby at all costs from further harm by the b.m. (pun intended)
