You can send a email asking them the status of your Drivers license. Just look up the email address of Colorado License Division. I wrote Texas a Email to find out if I could move back to Texas and not have to take a road drivers test, they wrote right and told me no , just bring my current State Drivers license and all the things like Insurance, etc. My License had expired and he told me that didn't make any difference as long as I had been license by the State of Texas they would look up the number of license. They were exceptional nice., the email told me that he had looked up my expired license and it was in great shape.

Get a ride to your local police station or drivers license bereau. Just ask. They will help you.
You will have to go in person, for data privacy reasons. They will not let that info go over the phone or email.
