I recieved a dvd TMNT - new before the date it is supposed to be released?
Now i have no need for this movie, if i sell it and ship before it is released,
would there be any problem?

Yes if you bring it into the US the customs will seize it but there is so far no penalty's.
Yeah, since it is most likely a boot leg copy you get catch some serious problems if you EVER sell it.
