Registration of property on forged documents?

Someone took a lumsum amount on their flats original papers as asecurity, then without informing the debtor he sells the flat what legal action should be taken

Answers:
Okay, what you are saying is that someone paid a 'lump sum' deposit as 'security' because that person wanted to buy that property ... or even to rent it. I'm sorry, but most 'security deposits' are NOT 'refunded' ... and the documents if BOTH PARTIES signed 'in front of each other' are NOT forged, even if the 'owner' used a 'fake name' because the 'person paying' gave the money to that 'person' and not another person. READ THE CONTRACT ... VERY CAREFULLY. I'll be willing to bet you a nickel (sorry, that's all I ever bet) that somewhere in that contract it states in 'legalese' that the 'security deposit' is non-refundable and the 'owner' may 'sell' the property without notifying the tenant first. If that is so, then you can't take any 'legal action' ... sorry.
