How to make a written report for bulling in workplace?

To submit it to the manager.

Answers:
You don't need to write a "report" for bullying - just write a formal letter to your manager detailing the circumstances of the complaint.

1. You should say why you are writing the letter.

2. It should include all times and dates of the incidents, and also describe the nature of the incidents.

3. It should state what you want to be done about it.
