Michael Vick guilty or stupid?

They found kennels, dead dogs, torturing machines, "rape position" machines, ... in his property and it had been there for 7 years. Either this is the stupidest person on the planet or he knew what was going on and he is guilty.

Which one is he?

Answers:
Since you put it that way, the man has to be guilty. Nobody is that stupid. I have a rental property and I know exactly what is going on in that house. And the tenants aren't even my relatives! If I saw dead dogs and rape position platform and kennels, I would have thought to myself "hmmm. something with dogs must be going on".

The man is a quarterback in NFL. Those guys aren't stupid. He bought the property for the purpose of killing innocent puppies. He'd have to be a total retard to be innocent. The man is guilty.

Both, and he was dumb enough to take it interstate and make it a federal offense.
I hope the ****** gets max sentence
He is both.
both plus evil
Both.
BOTH
You can take the man out of the ghetto........
I vote for both.
he is both .
Looks like he's both.
His body needs to be cut up and made into dog food. But, my dog would spit him out for sure!
both!!!! =O
Both.

I'm sure I won't be the only one to say this. :-)
both
Both! Very very stupid and very very guilty! He had to know what was going on and just thought he wouldn't get caught. I hate hearing about things like that happening to animals. It takes a very sick and twisted person to be involved in something like that.
He looks guilty... this is a big federal investigation that appears that they have been patient with evidence gathering. Just looking at it from the surface this looks like that property was very well funded... from what I can tell, he was the only person involved had that kind of money to build up something like this... the money trail for this facility will be very interesting.

Even if he was not present (but there are many witnesses that say otherwise) how could he be so gullible to spend money on a huge fence in the middle of nowhere (for his friends, NOT him... remember he was never there) and a concrete staging area with stands and knowing that his friends were using the property for a "kennel". I mean come on... he can't be that stupid.

He just looks guilty and sadistic. And for the people that say this is a "cultural" thing... is wetting a dog and electrocuting it cultural? What culture disposes of an animal that is not wanted that way?
I think he is guilty as sin. I also think he should be fired and punished to the full extent of the law! People who are cruel to animals are the lowest of the low!
I shake my head in disbelief and disgust. So athletes aren't necessarily role models, but, I guess he is just a criminal that finally got caught. Talk about wasting your life.
Well, stupid is a given.
Ad for his guilt: He's got dogs buried in is damned back yard! I'm relatively certain that they weren't all beloved pets who've passed on!
Just another thug athlete that thinks he is above the law. He is both guilty and stupid. But then again so was OJ
Let him have his day in court. (NO ANSWER) Not because he is so sexy either.
I agree with you!! He is so guilty of the crime that he has been accused of. Cm-on', how can he possibly think that people would believe that he had no idea that this was happening?? Unfortunately, because of his status, people will believe him. It stuns me when others' forgive a person of such horrible acts because that person is a great football player, baseball player etc. And,of course,he has the $$$ to hire the best of legal defense. If this was you or I, we would be thrown away into the prison system with no chance of rebuttal. Animal cruelty is a felony, a punishable crime that mandates jail time. Let him rot !! Too bad, he cannot receive the same treatment that he gave to those poor animals!! His career is over but, still not enough punishment.
