What happens after the judge questions the court if the parties are present?Please answer!!?
And after that, I'm writing a play on a court case, if possible could you tell me the whole format or the stuff the court/judge etc. always say in cases like please stand, are the parties present and stuff. I need to know this to write the play. Please help me.
