I lied to my tennants saying that i was the owner of my property, but some how they found out i wasn't.?
Can my tennants sue me for saying I was the owner, when in fact i wasn't. Generally speaking I implied I was the owner and had purchased the property, however, they found I wasn't through the actual owner. I had subleased the rooms out to 3individuals and now they have to move out because my landlord dosen't want them there. There was never no contract between me and the landlord and she knew what I was doing. I stated to her over the phone 3months ago, but now she is upset because I haven't paid this months rent. Now she is threatning me to stay away from the property otherwise I will be arrested. All my property is still in her home and she claiming that I cannot pick it up. What are my rights, isn't this a civil matter and not a police matter. What should I do? What can I do. There is no contract between me and my roommates that I rented the room out to. Advice anyone.

Go to a lawyer,or get some money!
What you did smells a bit like fraud, and no doubt your landlord thinks she can use that against you,not to mention
not paying your rent.
In the future,be more honest with other people and pay your
bills promptly. It sounds like greed did you in here,be prepared to cut your losses.
You lied to your 'tenants' but they weren't actually your 'tenants'...and now you worried about your rights?
Everyone involved should sue you - I hope they win - and have you arrested for fraud.
You are screwed. The landlord has the right to throw you out as the property is the landlord's, regardless of contract or not. The tenants you "leased" to have the right to sue you for the inconvenience you have caused them and mislead them. Yes it's a civil matter, one you may not like to deal with.
oh boy have you set yourself up to be sued.
you illegally rented out a property that you had no right to rent. So each one of those tenants can sue you for the constructive eviction they faces as a result of you misleading them, this will include punitive damages cost of moving as well as a potential return on rent.
Then you defaulted on your rent and got yourself evicted, which just seems very strange since you were collecting rent from three other individuals. Yo can call the landlord and arrange to have a police presence on a day that is mutually convenient for you to reclaim your property, that is yours. However you have committed fraud, so wow, get a lawyer.
First you need pay the rents and haven´t debts with the owner, for avoid be arrested, If you didn´t sign a contract with the owner, is a point to your favor, but neither is good because she cann´t respect the agreements like you did, although I recommend you talk with the owner be honest and give her a porcent of the rents that you receive, but talk with the people who you are renting and be honest too. If she doesn´t accept, you will need move to your roommates and look for a good lawyer. ¡¡¡good luck! but not lie more.
