I want to warn others about my former employer as I am not the first one they burned?

I was just fired from a position, no I wasn't surprised that I was no longer a good fit, but I did not expect them to chew up my civil rights. Earlier that day I again reported the abuse I was being subjected to, that afternoon I was detained, yelled at, insulted, and then tossed out on my ear with half my stuff.

While they detained me in another room, they went through my purse, bag, and personal items. Also they removed half the documentation from my bag.

When I first started there the ISP reps among others warned me about the deplorable commentary they overheard directed to the guy I replaced. So I know that whoever ends up replacing me will be screwed, there is no if, only when.

So how can I warn others? Also since I signed a general confidentiality agreement, do I have to keep my mouth shut?

Answer:
you could have called the police and made a police report about the verbal assault and the with holding of your personal property and you should have done that right away because you have rights that are protected regardless, also you should find a lawyer and he or she can advise you better than we can on this site.

Never, never sigh an agreement. But it is too late. You must abide by the agreement if it was witnessed.
move on

think positive

let them wallow in their own issues

dont spend good time trying to validate wasted bad time.....the only loser is you

look forward...move ahead...win
just keep your mouth shut or they'll sue you for slander. it's not worth it!
You have to keep your mouth shut. A general confidentiality agreement is legally binding, so unless you want to get even more flack, I'd keep quiet.
Do you know the guy you replaced?
Trace him and see what he thinks.
If you signed your general confidentiality agreement under forced or sort of hard condition, yes you can talk to others, no need to warn but just say what's happened to you, whoever hear will get the message. Or maybe you can write to the Ombudsman .

But before you move/do something, check yourself first, why they do it to you ;so its not like throwing boomerang .
You should not just shut up, but in the other hand dont do it emotionaly, do it proper.
Who did you work for?
