Just curious--has anyone here ever actually filed a labor law violations complaint against an employer?

Would it really do any good to do so, even if you knew you had a valid complaint?

Answers:
If an employer is in violation then by all means you should. Are you working for this employer? If you are, maybe you should talk to someone before you take action as to how and go about filing.

Many years ago, I was let go without the proper notice as listed in my contract. It was only 3 days, but I was angry. I filed and got the money.
