How much time will I most likely get for aggra. assault, persis disordly conduct, and simp. assault?

Me and this girl I was friends with got in a fight. I walked out of the pizza shop and saw her, and started screaming at her. Her and my girlfriend were doing things behind my back so I was frustrated and mad. I ended up breaking her nose in three places. I am getting charged with Aggravated Assault, Persistant disorderly conduct, harassment, and simple assault. I was never in trouble before this. What do you think I am goin to be looking at punishment wise?


And this girl wants to drop the charges, because we've come to term on things and we're friends now. Is it possible she can do that?

In the UK you are looking at least at a suspended sentence, hefty fine & community service - more likely 6 months.

And NO she can't drop the charges, the CPS will press them if she doesn't
