Has anyone heard of anyone being sent to prison for a minimum of 7 days after being arrested for drug charges?
We are being told something about nebia law and that even though we can prove where the bail is coming from that he needs to be held for a minimum of seven days in prison

This sounds to Me like THEY (Homeless Security, The Pat-riot Act, The Bush Administration, and all of the various "Alphabet Agencies": DEA, ATF, FBI, NSA, et al) desire these 7 days to determine if the prisoner is being "sponsored" by the "Big Boys" with the Offshore Accounts. You did not say which "state" you are based in, but that "Nebia Law" sounds rather "nebulous" AND a gross violation of your alleged Constitutional Rights. I personally have never heard of any such law, and I have been fighting this "Just-Us" System for over 41 Human years.

Jail yes but prisons are usually for much longer terms.
