If i have 135mg of Alchol in My BLOOD how far over the limit am i?

I was recently told that i was over the limit.

i was breath tested at the scene but the Breathaliser did not show a reading.
I then provided a blood test and was recently told that there was 135mg of Alchol in my Blood. And the Legal amount is 80mg per 100g of blood.

Does that make me 55mg over the legal limit?

Answers:
READ THIS if the meter at the road side failed to give a reading the correct procedure is FOR THE CONSTABLE to ask for another to be brought to the location, so you can provide another roadside test.
IF THIS WAS NOT DONE you cannot be asked to accompany the constable to the police station.
YOU WERE DETAINED UNLAWFULLY AND YOU HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST THE POLICE FOR UNLAWFUL DETENTION.
BECAUSE YOU WERE DETAINED UNLAWFULLY ANY EVIDENCE OBTAINED AFTER THAT IS NOT ADMISSABLE IN A BRITISH COURT.

YOU ALSO HAVE A CIVIL CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE DOCTOR WHO TOOK THE BLOOD SAMPLE AND YOU CAN CLAIM COMPENSATION IN A CIVIL ACTION.

You need to consult a solictor who specialises in motoring offences. Believe me you cannot be guilty of any offence whatsoever. If what you stated in your question is correct.

Correct. That's nearly 75% over the limit.
sounds like your licence is going coz your 4 times over
you should not have submitted to the blood test seeing as the roadside test was negative. They would have toi tell this in court and trhe case would have been thrown out. However you are now going to lose your license fopr at least5 a year.
And probably more as that is quiote a high reading.
your well over the limit because you couldn't even spell alcohol!
You'd have been far over the limit if you had killed someone..
yes. enjoy the ban
Its 135mg per 100ml of blood. To test whether you have 135mg in your whole body you would have to drain all your blood.
So yes, it means you are over the limit. I always thought it was 35mg per 100ml of blood. In which case you are more then 4 times over the limit.
You are right about the limit. Those who are saying you are almost 4 times over the limit are confusing two different things. The alternative test is on an evidential breath machine, where the limit is 35ml of alcohol per 100 ml of breath.

You are definitely going to be banned. It's a little confusing about the breath test at the scene, but if you were arrested for driving while unfit that reading is irrelevant and the procedure at the station was correct. I would be inclined to get a solicitor but ignore the rantings of Wilfred B - no one gets arrested after a negative breath test at the scene other than for driving while unfit.
At 135mg you should be asking how much BLOOD do I have in my ALCOHOL
