What should I do about a former job?
I worked for a certain popular corp. store for close near 6months. At one poitnt I had to transfer because the man I was living with was abusive. I went from a self-sufficent store to a nightmarish store. At this store the people did not like me they called me richie rich and the name calling did not stop. A fewof the women at this store had called me retarded, stupid, slow, just about anything they can think of. I confronted my boss about people being rude and he did not say anything about it. Then one time one woman had told me not to have sex with my boyfriend, and I did not feel comfortable when this was said. Then the bosses were jerks too. I was yelled at for people stealing at the store. I did my part by calling the code for stealing and thats all I could do because I was being cashier at the time and the job stressed me. It ended up that I had to burn a bridge because they conutined to be rude with me and now they are d****** about my last check...WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Sound like harrassment and you may wish to consult a lawyer. As far as getting your last check contact the labor department in your state. All states have a period of time in which you must be paid after the pay period is over. In Ky it's within 14 days after the designated pay period.
This seems a little too unbelievable and and little too much drama to be everybody elses fault. You had an abusive boyfriend, your coworkers are abusive to you. what is there in common here. You need to look inside yourself on this one and ask yourself, what is it about your personality that attracts abusiveness. You can also quit your job. We have those freedoms. As they say, you were looking for a job when you found that one.
I have to agree with 'Gogo girls' .If you don't like your job quit.
Plain and simple.Have a talk with your bosses and co-workers or this will continue.The ball is in your court.
