What is the law in ky about young children under the age of 5 yrs old testifying in court?

Answers:
Usually how that is done, is the judge will have the child go into their chamber and talk to them about the situation without the robe on so it is less intimidating to the child. Sometimes they will have a court appointed adovcate talk to the child and have it video tapes and the judge will view it.
