How about a suspended license for an unpaid noise ticket or a tailight being out?
What if that person was never cited for an accident or DUI or anything of that nature. With the fact that the tickets should have been paid in order to avoid this situation , should they honestly be veiwed as a criminal to the court system. Is it really a "Top Priority crime" that it serves such a punishment of FELON. Please answer honestly.

I have trouble believing that you are going to be tried with a felony. What is exact statute the prosecutor is trying to charge you with? Worth mentioning, In the future, try paying off your tickets. If you where under the assumption they where voluntary, you where mistaken. Plus it would be a lot cheaper paying them, then hiring a decent defense lawyer.
It absolutely NOT should be considered a felony! Good grief.with all the actual felonies going on, this is ridiculous! I hope you speak to an attorney about this and getting it changed. Attornies are in the phone books and usually they have a free consultaion. Try it and good luck to you.
